Treaty City – Harris Pale Ale

Harris Pale Ale, named for the famous Limerick actor, poet and all round hellraiser Richard Harris, is the leading beer in the Treaty City stable of beers and it does not disappoint: refreshing light citrus notes combine with hoppy aromas to make a beer that once tried you will be slow to give up. ABV – 5%

This Ruby Ale has a unique flavour profile. It has a caramel like sweetness, a medium body and is light on hops, with a toffee-roast flavour. ABV – 4.6%

Shannon River IPA

Inspired by the wild and majestic Shannon River, this IPA is bursting with hop aromas ranging from pine to grapefruit, resulting from the massive hop additions. A perfectly balanced malt backbone combined with the signature fruity aromas of Centennial hops makes this beer remarkably drinkable and live up to the beauty of its namesake. ABV – 5.8%

Thomond Red Ale

For millennia, the name Thomond has been synonymous with bravery and strength. This Red Ale is no exception. Dark Ruby Red in colour and brewed with large amounts of speciality roasted malts, this Irish red Ale has a bold malt flavour. Noble hops give a distinctive honey earthy aroma and contribute to the smooth dry finish. ABV – 4.7%

Hells Gate Lager

Named after the area where the abbey river merges with the mighty Shannon, for centuries it has been the gateway to Limerick from the estuary. Rich honey in colour with a tall full white head, Hells Gate Lager is packed full of specialty malts and noble hops to give a smooth, very drinkable beer. ABV – 4.2%

Rich and creamy. Distinctive, Ruby Red colour. Velvety in its finish. The sweetness of the malt perfectly balances the bitterness of the hops which are both beautifully complimented by the characteristic flavour of our Guinness roasted barley. ABV – 4.2%

In 1792, two Cork merchants established the famous Beamish & Crawford brewery, situated in the heart of Cork city. To this day Beamish stout is being enjoyed in bars and homes throughout Ireland. Beamish has a rich roasted flavour with coffee and dark chocolate undertones, making it a genuine Irish stout. ABV – 4.1%

Smithwicks

The distinctive Ruby Red colour makes it unmistakably Smithwick’s. With a refreshingly balanced taste, this is a blend of mild hops, sweet malt, and roasted barley. The gentle bitterness of the hops is perfectly complemented by the sweet, malty notes. ABV – 3.8%
